What happens after the 14-day trial?
Your card is automatically charged when the trial ends — $49.99/month on Solo or $599/month on Team, plus $25/month if you added Calling. Cancel anytime before day 14 and you pay nothing.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel through your billing settings or contact us at support@gioren.tech. No cancellation fees, no questions asked.
Is there a per-user fee?
No per-user math. Solo is one agent for $49.99/month. Team covers up to 25 agents for a flat $599/month — under $24 per agent, with every feature included on both plans.
What is the Calling add-on?
For $25/month flat — not per user — your whole account gets built-in calling: call any client from their page (your phone rings first, then we connect them), brokers see a live call log with durations and outcomes, and you can enable call recording where your state allows it.
Can I upgrade from Solo to Team later?
Yes, anytime. The switch takes effect immediately and Stripe prorates the difference — you never pay twice.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. We also support annual invoicing for larger offices — contact us.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Every account gets a subdomain (yourfirm.giorencrm.com). You can also connect your own custom domain via CNAME.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. Your data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We use enterprise-grade databases and authentication systems with bank-level security, regular backups, and SOC 2-ready infrastructure.
